Every delivery to Sofia is handled by a partner flower shop in the city, staffed by working florists. Bouquets are arranged on the day they're sent. If anything arrives in less than perfect condition, we'll replace it — no questions asked.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?
The courier will call them on the number you provided. If that doesn't work, we'll arrange a new address or a new time slot with you so the delivery doesn't lose its freshness.

Yes — the website is open 24/7. Orders placed outside customer service hours are processed at the start of the next working day.
